Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Amendment
Schedule 3 of CIDAAs you may be aware, the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Amendment Bill (“COID Amendment Bill”) is currently being engaged on at Nedlac.
One of the matters for discussion is Schedule 3 of the COID Act and whether it is necessary to update/amend this Schedule.
Schedule 3 of the COID Act lists all the occupational diseases that employees may claim compensation for and a copy is attached to this email.
