Updated COVID-19 Regulations

1)    Directions to address, prevent and combat the spread of COVID – 19 issued out by the Department of Transport in terms of regulation 4(7) of the Regulations issued in terms of the Disaster Management Act. 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002). These directions were issued out on 01 May 2020.

2)    Amendment of Directive by the minister of Employment and Labour in terms of Regulation 10 (8) of the regulations issued by the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs in terms of Section 27 (2) of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002).

3)    Directions on the Risk – Adjusted Strategy for the Communications and Digital Technologies Sector under Regulation 4(10) of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (ACT No.57 of 2002). These Directions apply in addition to the existing restrictions and rules that are in place across all sectors and alert levels including COVID -19 health protocols and sanitisation requirements.
